This may not be the most unique Christmas craft out there, but the children LOVED making these foam gingerbread men.

Mackenna just brought one these home from kindergarten! Gingerbread men, girls, and babies (all of theose books and a musical) seem to be the politically correct way for public schools to celebrate the winter holidays.
I love making crafts with my kids! We've made these gingerbread men numerous times. It's so much fun, letting them be creative.
