Snow Ice Cream!

Mmm! What better way to celebrate Valentine’s activities than with Homemade SNOW ice cream!

To make snow Ice cream fill a bowl with snow (about a gallon) Add 1 cup whole milk (or cream or canned milk)
add 1 cup sugar
and a bit of food coloring (we used PINK for Valentine’s Day) Stir it up till creamy.
Scoop out and enjoy.
It tastes so good and the children were so proud that they made it!

HOW COOL!!! I live in the south so there's not a very good chance I would get a chance to make this but it is so very super cool. We got some winter weather this year but it was ice and sleet, just yucky enough for me to total my car on my way home from work in it. Ugh. Anyway, maybe one day I will get the chance to make this. I'm bookmarking it with fingers crossed. Lol.
