I was recently sent a 5.5 Inch long Laminated Solid Wood Teleidoscope from Kaleidoscopes To You.
I’ll be honest here. I had no idea what a teleidoscope even was. I only knew of the cheap dollar store kaleidoscopes I got in my birthday treat bags as a kid.
The teleidoscope came packaged beautifully. The scope and base both come in their own black fabric sleeve.
If you look through a teleidoscope you will see what you are pointing the lens toward, but in an abstract view. I was completely amazed when I looked through my teleidoscope at the snow covered trees. I wish there was a way to capture it in a photo because it was absolutely beautiful! Here is the best picture I could get, but it does not do it justice at all.
My two young daughters can not get enough of this type of kaleidoscope either. My 2 year old keeps asking me “How it do that Mommy?” The children in my Montessori classroom have also enjoyed looking through it as I have placed it on the peace table for them to quietly enjoy. It is very popular amongst all the children.
I can see how this teleidoscope would be a timeless gift that kids would love to play with, and can be passed down generation to generation. The quality is outstanding!
