How are winners randomly chosen?
Winners are randomly chosen using the ‘And the winner is’ plugin or on occasion through Rafflecopter. (Prior to May 5th, 2011 winners were selected using Random.org). We reserve the right to use Random.org as a back-up method for randomly choosing a winner if required.
Winners are checked to make sure they completed the requirements for entering the particular giveaway before they are contacted. If they did not complete the required entry (if applicable) they will be disqualified and a new random winner will be chosen.
How to claim your prize?
The winner is e-mailed and has 24 hours to fill out the Winners Claim Form.
If they do not fill out the form within the 24 hours they forfeit the prize.
What if I do not receive my prize?
Prizes are shipped directly to the winner from the sponsor. If you have not received your prize within 8 weeks after you were notified of your winning, please contact me and I will try to get the issue resolved for you.
I will do what I can to make sure you get your prize but ultimately am not responsible if you do not receive it.
