Our own “Pooh” Adventure

Winnie and friends reunite in theatres on July 15, 2011!
Last week I had a chance to be taken back to a time when all I had to worry about was how much longer could I play outside and just enjoy all the things a kid loves to do.  This simpler time, also known as my childhood, included watching Disney and The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh on only one of two channels.

Yes, this simple bear of very little brain with a never ending obsession for Hunny reminded me that life can be simple and that the life of my kids truly is great.

My love for Winnie The Pooh is still as strong today as it was when I was 4.  I had the privilege of watching the prescreening  with my family and  I loved it.  All the regulars were there, Tigger, Piglet, Owl, etc and they all played the same roles that we know and love. Another timeless Winnie The Pooh adventure.

In this movie, the friends attempt to get their friend, Christopher Robin back, after they discover the crux of their problem…THE BACKSON.  I learned about the Backson and how imaginations can lead us into new and wild adventures.  And just like every Winnie The Pooh adventure, the child perception of their world leads the charming adventure.

This movie made me laugh many times.  I would recommend this movie and suggest it will be yet another classic in the Winnie The Pooh adventures.

After the movie we attended a FREE Winnie The Pooh Event. Here are some pictures from our own  “Winnie The Pooh Adventure”.
