When you have kids, time flies by so fast. Sometimes it feels like yesterday when I held each of my babies in my arms for the first time. We celebrated my youngest’s first birthday last week. It was a day filled with joy at seeing my children grow and being so happy. It was also a day filled with sadness that the first year was over. My babies are growing up!
I knew for a long time that I wanted to make a Noah’s Ark cake so I prepared the animal figures in advance. I think they are so cute! My older two didn’t care to eat any cake, they just wanted to eat the animals. The alligators came off the boat with a not so happy ending, at least not for them! The little hut on top was my sons smash cake which he enjoyed very much!

What an incredible cake Erna. The animals are just perfect, love the elephants especially, lol. You just keep getting more and more talented as time goes by, keep it up and you will be a pro in no time.
