RYZA & So Good Beverages #Giveaway

RYZA and So Good beverages are great alternatives to regular milk products.

Ryza products are free of gluten, wheat, dairy, lactose, and soy which allows those with special diets or concerns to still get the great nutrition of a milk product.

Ryza Products

Ryza is also rich in whole grains and low in fat, sugar, sodium and cholesterol.  By substituting one cup of ryza for water or milk in any of your recipes will add 16g, one full serving, of whole grains!

So Good beverages are fortified with 15 essential nutrients including calcium, vitamin D2 and vitamin B12 providing a refreshing and nutritious option for consumers.

Great flavors!

Soy beverages are free of lactose, gluten and cholesterol and are an ideal alternative to dairy milk for those with special dietary needs such as lactose intolerance, celiac disease and those who follow vegan and vegetarian diets.

Soy beverages are also considered a low Glycemic Index food, which holds appeal to those with special dietary concerns such as diabetes or weight management.

Both of these great products can be used in baking and their websites have a selection of recipes for you to try.

MOMMY MOMENT:

We have tried the Vanilla Ryza beverage and the So Good Chocolate beverage.

While the flavors in both were great (I actually really want to try the So Good Strawberry beverage yet) the textures of the drinks are not what I am used to.  I have grown up with the texture of 2% milk, however, I’m sure that if I needed to find a dairy, gluten-free option for milk that the texture would grow on me.

GIVEAWAY MOMENT:

1 Mommy Moment reader will win $50 worth of coupons for So Good products and $20 worth of coupons for Ryza products.

I would love to try the strawberry So Good, and have never tried the Ryza. I am always looking for a good milk alternative for fruit smoothies and such for myself and the kids. More than one of us in our family has a lactose issue.
