MOMMY MOMENT:

I remember making these at home for my friends and even during breaks in high school.  We would sit around in the hallways (when that was allowed) and work on them with our friends.

When my daughter saw the package she immediately asked if we could make a bracelet.  Excited to show her something from my childhood I said yes.

After choosing the colors we set to work setting up the string.

I found the directions to be a tad bit confusing, and even though the product says ages 6+ I think it is more suited for a child of 7 or 8.

Since my daughter is only 5 1/2 she found the process to be quite difficult and so we haven’t yet finished.  However, she is looking forward to keep working on it and get the bracelet finished!

What I really liked about this product is that the string is stored in a tray underneath the bracelet maker.  This keeps everything confined to one spot without having a mess.

This would make a great gift for the girl in your life who loves to be crafty and creative.
