Guidecraft Educator Giveaway {Three Sets of Blocks}

I am proud to be one of the Guidecraft Educators. Each month we bring you reviews of Guidecraft products and also give you the chance to win one of the same products for yourself.

One thing I have learned from my children is that sometimes the simple toys are the best. My daughters have always enjoyed playing with blocks, so when I received 3 different sets of blocks from Guidecraft, I was confident they would be well used.

While Block Play may seem like just fun and games for children, parents and educators know the valuable skills children are learning through play.

Here is a list of ideas from Guidecraft…

Jane loves to play with the rainbow blocks and pretend that they are colored glasses. Kate likes to put 2 of the colored blocks together to see what different colors she can make.

Jane loves to use the crystal bead blocks as shakers and Kate likes to see if she can stack them without having the beads make a sound.

Jane loves to stack up the sand blocks till they come crashing down and Kate likes to make patterns with them.

Even though my girls are 3 years apart in age, I love that they can play with the same toy, just in a different way.
