This bunny basket cake was so much fun to make!
Basket weave can be piped with different icing tips to give different looks. This was the first time that I tried piping with a round tip and I like how it turned out. Of course, decorating with candy always makes things easy too!

I so totally love the bunny butt! My daughter would LOVE this cake, to bad there is NO WAY I could make it LOL!
Jody made a cake for her daughter using kit-kat bars around the edges, that would work really well with this cake and make it really easy. If you don’t have fondant for the bunny you could just pipe some white buttercream to make the shape as well.
