Minimize Monday ~ A HUGE project {Linky}

Hope you all had a good weekend. My minimize Monday posts will be a little different for the month of April because I am getting stuff ready for the BARGAIN FOR KIDS indoor yard and consignment sale which will be in Steinbach, Manitoba.

This is a huge step for me because I have A LOT of stuff to go through to get ready. I will be selling all my maternity clothes, all clothes from newborn to size 3, a ton of baby type supplies and too many toys and books to count.

I have been busy trying to get everything together and tomorrow I will pick up safety pins and card stock paper to begin the tagging process….OH gosh, what did I get myself into LOL.

The sale is on April 28th, so my posts up until then will be about getting ready for this sale! And don’t worry, I’ll be taking pictures along the way and when the sale is over I’ll let you know how it went. I’m sure it will feel good to get rid of a ton of stuff.

Have you ever participated in a sale of this type before?

Good for you! This timeline will be a super motivator I am sure.

Big question - are you committed to dropping off anything that doesn't sell on the way home? My garage sale motto is "nothing comes back in the house!"

Wow - just think how much space you are going to gain in your home by clearing all of this out. It never hurts to add a little cash for your pocket in the process. Cheers!

I really like your idea of minimize Monday's. Every step counts in our journey to cleaning out the clutter, getting organized and living a simplified life.

Good luck with your sale for "bargains for Kids". It seems to help the process, when people know that their previously loved items are going to a "worthy" home.

Keep up the wonderful work.
