I have had straighteners in the past, even ones bought from salons that work good, but the Fashionista styling iron from Nu•Me works great!  Not only does it get rid of the kinks in my hair and makes it straight, it gets rid of the frizz and static in my hair which is an common occurrence living in the cold winters of Manitoba.  Plus it is light weight.  When I first picked it up I was impressed with how light it felt in my hands.  With it being so light, it makes it really easy to use.
