Unlock Your Child’s Potential with K5 Learning #giveaway

My kids love to learn.  Because my kids love to learn I am always looking for new and different things for them to do.

K5 Learning is an on-line program where children from pre-k to grade 5 can work on reading, math and study skills.  K5 Learning focuses on 4 key concepts: Reading, Spelling, Math and Math Facts.

At the beginning of your child’s session, K5 Learning recommends having your child take an assessment test so that the lessons can be catered to their skill levels as opposed to just age or grade levels.

The great thing about K5 Learning, is that kids can do it on their own.  K5 Learning provides full instruction on each activity so that even if there is a problem or activity that your child has yet to learn, they can try it confidently after listening and watching the example.

Another great thing is that your child has a log-in name and password and you have a seperate one.  That way you can monitor your child’s progress while your child can only access the parts of the website that are meant for them.  K5 Learning will also send you updates and progress reports of your child via e-mail.

I really like that K5 Learning does not just work on the age on the child, but does an assessment to see which subjects your child is better in.  That way the child doesn’t get bored with doing “too easy” assignments and frustrated with those assignments that are “too difficult”.

My kids have been enjoying the K5 Learning program.  It is the most asked for “game” on their computer.  I am looking forward to being able to use this program during the summer to continue their education and to keep their brains active!
