This is the sitting area which is right off the dining room. It is all windows and one of my new favorite spaces in my house. It is a great place to enjoy my cup of coffee or tea.
This is the view right now. The rug is actually grey…and yes, that is a violin that Kate plays.

I absolutely love this space. We just got preapproved for a mortage and I can't wait till we find the place..not in a huge rush so will take our time if needed. Looking forward to making something our *own* considering we currently have all white walls and can't paint them nor were they painted before we moved in five years ago and are getting by with two bedrooms for four people...
