I’m sad.
My friend is moving to Paraguay.
Forever.
And I have to keep it together for the sake of my little girls who are heartbroken too.
My 7 year old is trying to raise enough money for our family to visit there in 2 years.

goodbyes do suck…..
oh how sad
They do suck, but remember, there’s always SKYPE to keep in contact!!!
Have a great day!!
I hate saying Goodbye too!
That is hard!
I know they suck, sorry about that. As a Military wife I have grown used to them
Aww! Hang in there, hon! Goodbyes are hard, but they’re the only way to get to the awesome hellos in the future!
Wishing your friend happy and safe travels! And hugs for you
Awwwwww
That’s really hard. The wonder of the Internet is that Skype/Email/Instant chat can keep us close together, even when we’re like 1000000000000000000000000 miles apart. I can’t even imagine how hard it used to be for people who had to wait for snail mail from friends/family far away in order to keep in touch!
So sweet that your kidlets are saving up to visit!
Aww, that is sad. But a great opportunity to do some travelling! So sweet that your 7-year-old opened a lemonade stand to raise money for your trip. xxoo
My heart feels sad for you. I really hope you can get there to visit some day.
boo to that!
Hi Jody! Hugs. That’s sad. Why is she moving to Paraguay? Seems like an interesting and adventuresome place to go.
Poop. Sorry to hear the day has come.
One word – Skype!
You’re right. Good-byes do suck. Hope you guys raise enough money to visit!
Awww goodbyes do suck! But if you say “See you later!”, than you have a goal that you can work towards
Cute picture. You are such a good Mom holding it together for your kids, they might not appreciate it now but they will when they’re older!
Sorry to hear your best friend is moving so far away… thank goodness for skype, and internet, and texting
Awe. I know it is so hard when a friend moves away. I came home but when I left it was hard to leave every behind! That is so cute that she is raising money for a trip.
That is hard I’m sure.
Oh, how sad! I’m so sorry. At least you’ll be able to keep in touch easily, but I know that doesn’t replace physical closeness. So cute that your daughter is having a fund raiser. Visiting you from Mommy Kat.

Awhhh…that is very sad. {I remember reading about your daughter’s lemonade stand to raise funds…so sweet}
We moved and my BFF now lives three hours away. Still feels like light years. I feel for you
