  5. Elizabeth Matthiesen says:

yes, I had 7 children and only ever used disposable diapers for the last one – a real luxury for me.
I used cloth diapers because disposables were way too expensive for me, since I was a stay at home mum I had the time too. My daughter is using cloth diapers on her son, the first of my children to do so.

  6. Angie Andrews says:

i use a mix of cloth and disposable

  7. Holly Pilon says:

I’m just starting to cloth. So far so good!!

  8. I did not, they didn’t seem sanitary to me.

  9. I’m cloth diapering my first (although we used disposables for the newborn weeks and I just recently started cloth at night). Loving them! A friend who uses fluff gave me the info and the guts.

  10. I tried it for 6 weeks with my second son. It was not for me. With working part time and a toddler it was too much work.

  11. I used disposables for both girls.

  12. I cloth diapered DD and am currently cloth diapering DS. I like the eco-friendly nature and cost-effectiveness in the long run :)

  13. I haven’t yet, mostly because they are more work and I am always short on time.

  14. I have used cloth diapers for both of my kids. I originally decided to cloth diaper for the cost savings aspect of it. Even though I could afford disposable diapers now, I love not spending money on them! I think my cloth diaper stash has been paid off several times by the amount of money I’ve saved.

  15. We are currently cloth diapering to save money.

  20. Alicia Murdoch says:

I used cloth diapers after much lauding from one of my besties. But for vacations I would use disposable and when he started daycare, I switched him to disposables full time. I hope to do it again with the next one. You never run out to the store at 9pm to buy more diapers just throw in a load!

  21. I use Bummis prefolds and covers. They are simply the best!

  22. I am cloth diapering my 3 rd child. I didn’t cloth diaper my first and only cloth diapered my 2nd from about 10 months to 15 months.

We used cloth diapers on our son… because of all the waste that disposables make.

I do. I started after seeing the benefits…Some are better than others, overall worth it.
