There’s a book geo-cache by our house that we did once. It was a lot of fun. Would like to do more. This looks like an awesome tool for that. Ours was finicky.

I’ve been geocaching only once. I just had my baby boy and we strolled alot so I borrowed my borther’s GPS and we tried it in our area. We found a box where you take a keychain and leave on in exchange. It was pretty fun.

I live for random adventures, and I would like to share this love with my child. What better way to do that than with a set of coordinates from a geocache adventure!?!?! I haven’t tried it yet, we think we stumbled upon a cache once but weren’t actively participating.
My dad and step-mom geocache all the time. I went with them on a cache hunt once when I was 7 months pregnant. It was quite interesting. They have even done hunts during the night using reflectors in the trees and get a whole bunch of geocaching enthusiasts together to do it. They have a blast. I would love to win one of these so we can go out searching for caches ourselves.

I have been geocaching for over a year now. Most of my family does it. I have found some pretty interesting caches and have my own hidden. Although I have been caching with my kids for over a year now, I don’t own a GPS (use my parents when we go without them).

Yes, we have gone geocaching with our children before and found a lot of interesting things. The best one we found was a tiny metal tube stuck with a magnet to the back of a metal parking barrier in a busy location. It had a tiny rolled up paper inside for leaving your information.
I’ve been, but it was more about spending time with friends than about the cache itself.

I’ve been geocaching for over 5 years now and it has become our favorite way to spend time….at least from April until October. We have 2 GPS’s now but often take grandchildren with us so another one would sure come in handy.
