Pack a Lovable Lunch with the help of Snack Pack #NoTradesies {Giveaway}

Many many many years ago I was a child, hard to believe but I was.  And when I was a child I had a bag lunch.  And in that lunch it included some veggies, a sandwich and a drink.  If I was lucky i got some left over desert from the night before.  Well times have changed and my girls get what I think is a top notch lunch. So when I was invited to be a part of the Snack Pack “No Tradesies” blog tour, I was excited!

No Tradesies

Today my girls get what I call a “Lovable Lunch” which includes includes fun shaped food, a special note and often a special treat….a Snack Pack Pudding!

In our home, lunches are not your typical looking sandwiches and baggie style lunches as I mentioned. Sandwiches, with the help of a couple cool cookies cutters, are transformed into a puzzle, flower, butterfly or maybe even a dinosaur.  While this may be the same regular sandwich that I had as a kid, its cool shape just makes it seems a little more appealing (or so I assume, from the empty lunch box that returns home at the end of each day).

No Tradesies

Having a cool lunch box with compartments to store things are a great way to to have their lunches look more appealing.  While having those plastic bags may do the job, they are just not as fun.  And besides, if we want to teach our children about the importance of protecting our environment and wasting less, this is the perfect place to start.

These are just a couple of ways to help a child with making a “No Tradesies” lunch that is for sure not going to be returned with food in it.  And of course finishing their lunch off with a great pudding is a great way to let them know you care and make sure their ready for a full day.
