What Do YOU See When You Look at the Recycling Bin? A Carl’s Life #Cartoon

Recycling Bin

What is the difference between what YOU see in the recycling bin and what your LITTLE ONE sees?

recycling bin

This is SO true!

My daughter is forever checking the garbage cans and recycling bag to see what we have thrown away.  She is convinced that anything we deem as “junk” can be used and turned into a beautiful masterpiece of art.

  1. I like that your daughter thinks like that she must be creative

  2. that is very true. My kids are always trying to steal the items out of the bin (even if they are sticky) to keep as “treasures”

  3. Tee hee! Yup, I think this is a fact of childhood! I remember my boys doing the same thing at that age!

  4. ah yes, I don’t know how many times I have had to put things in the recycling more than once as my toddler has decided that he is not done with them.

  5. That’s my son with the trash. It’s driving me nuts.

  6. LOL – Yes that is exactly on target. Too funny. Thanks for the laughs.

  7. My daughter does this too. I use a smaller can in the house and then take it outside and dump it into the bigger can, so I usually squish things so I can fit more in the smaller can before I have to take it out. My daughter gets so mad at me when she finds squished things that she had an idea for lol.

  8. I also think it’s creative too or showing an interest LOL

    Have a fantabulosa week 😉
