In the afternoons I sometimes crave something sweet. One of my new favorite “treats” is a simple smoothie. This one only uses a few ingredients and is absolutely delicious!
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice (I use a juicer, but you could use bought juice)
- 1 small ripe/overripe banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
Blend together (I use a magic bullet) and enjoy.
