Sometimes I have no idea what kind of cake I want to make.

Then there are times when I have so many ideas it’s hard to choose just one.

The great thing about cake is that you can take inspiration from just about anywhere.  Fabric, scrapbook paper, flowers, and the internet to name just a few.

I saw so many cute pictures of owls floating around that they inspired me to make this owl birthday cake.   Owls are great for so many different parties or just because they’re cute!
