Summer Flower Pedicure

Summer Flower Pedicure

It’s that time of year; time for your toes to come out of hibernation and soak up the sun. I created this summery design for my toes to start this summer with some fun.

I picked four bright colours to make the flower with and a tan for my base colour. After I used my bright colours to make the flower petals, I added the black to the middle of the flower to give it a bit of definition.  I then added some small dots to the design to finish it up.

The great thing about painting your toes is that you only have to paint your main design on two nails, all the other nails only require a very basic design that resembles the larger, more intricate design you painted on your big toes. Also, you can paint both feet with your dominate hand! That’s probably my favorite part. Although I’ve become pretty good at painting with my left hand as well as my right, I will always prefer my right hand and enjoy painting all of my toes with that hand.

Make your toes summer ready and bring them out of hibernation ~ enjoy the sun!

Unless you try it yourself, it is hard to realize how tricky and talented you have to be in order to do this yourself. I tried a watermelon slice nail a few times and well…no. She is amazing!

This is super cute! I like that you managed the design on your smaller nails too. I always think they are too small for nail art but I guess not!
