Lavender Essential Oil Printable

Lavender Essential Oil has quickly become one of our favorite essential oils to use at home. I am excited to share this Lavender Essential Oil Printable with you all today.

Our 8 year old daughter had a lot of trouble falling asleep every night, often taking 2-3 hours before she would finally fall asleep. We started putting lavender essential oil on the bottoms of her feet before she went to bed at night and miraculously she started falling asleep within 15 minutes of the lavender oil being put on.

We found so many uses for the lavender essential oil that I knew I wanted to be able to share some of those use ideas with others. I made up business cards at Vista Print and decided to put a “Lavender Quick Guide” on the back of the cards.

If you would like this Lavender Essential Oil Printable, you can click on the image to print. You can also use this image on the back of standard size business cards. (It is sized to fit the standard business cards from Vista Print)

Do you want to be empowered with natural ways to care for yourself and your family?

My husband Trevor and I started a Facebook Group called Essential Oils With Trevor & Jody. This group is for anyone who has used essential oils or wants to know more about them. The group is a place to discuss how we use essential oils, recipes, testimonials and a place to ask any questions about the oils or their uses.

  2. Lavender Essential oil is my FAV!!! LOVE it! I never knew it had so many uses. I honestly never knew you could put it directly on your skin! Are there any rules about how to apply or how much to apply?

    • Hi Amanda, Yes, there are some rules regarding essential oils. I can only speak to the doTERRA brand as they are certified therapeutic grade. For Lavender, here is the information for use. Hope it helps you!
Diffusion: Use 3-4 drops in a diffuser.
Internal use: Dilute 1 drop in 4oz liquid.
Topical use: Apply 1-2 drops to desired area.
Dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil if you have skin sensitivity.
(Avoid contact with eyes and inner ears)
