It’s that time of week, time for another OPI Christmas set to be reviewed. This set includes two polishes, a red and a white. Perfect for Christmas and holiday parties, right? These new polishes are called Funny Bunny and Bogotá Blackberry and would make the perfect Holiday Glam Nails!
Funny Bunny is not an opaque white like you might guess by just looking at the bottle. I used three coats to get it looking how it does in the picture and the formula is great. It is a very creamy white, not the kind of white I normally go for but I actually totally love it! It was originally released as a part of a soft shade collection a few years ago and is now paring with Bogotá Blackberry.
Bogotá Blackberry is a deep shimmery red that reminds me of cherries, but cherries that shimmer! It is a staple Christmas colour that will make you party ready in no time. I used two coats to get it looking opaque and loved how it looked in contrast with the white.
As I’m sure you know by now my ‘go to’ nail design is flowers, flowers of all shapes and sizes. So here we are again, it never gets old! I first painted the red and white base coats and let them dry a bit. Next I used a thin brush to make the petal shapes on the white nails. I outlined them in black and then added some dots to finish the look off.
This set is available for $21.50 CD at your local OPI retailer and also comes with two cosmetic bags, one is black and one is a patterned black and white.
