Bubble Bath and Samoan Sand ~ New Light Colours from OPI

OPI Nude

So here I have a review on four different polishes:

  • Bubble Bath
  • Samoan Sand
  • OPI Matte Coat
  • and Start to Finish

OPI 4 new colors

Bubble Bath and Samoan Sand look very similar in the picture, but Bubble Bath has more of a pink tint to it while Samoan Sand is more of a pure brown shade. If you prefer a more creamy texture in your light polishes, then Bubble Bath is for you. Samoan Sand doesn’t have as much of the creamy quality and stands out a bit more on your nails.

OPI New Colours Nude

In this picture with the french tips, I used three coats of Samoan Sand. The great thing about nudes is that they last for a long time on your nails. Because they are such a light colour, chipping is hardly noticeable when it happens and they still look like you painted them yesterday. Whether for making a french tip more interesting or just wanting something simple on your nails, I would highly recommend having a nude in your nail polish collection.

Nude colours OPI

In this picture I used three coats of the Bubble Bath and the OPI Matte Coat. To be honest, the only matte coat I’ve ever used is OPI’s so I have nothing to compare it to. I have never felt the need to try another brand; why keep looking when you have reached perfect? OPI’s Top Coat dries much quicker than a normal top coat and there are never any streaks. A matte coat adds a different feel to nails that I simply love!

OPI Megs Nails Nude

The new Start to Finish top coast released by OPI is not only a base and top coat but also a nail strengthener. By applying two coats to your nails and applying another coat every other day for a week your nails will be stronger and more flexible in no time. They recommend removing the nail polish and reapplying every seven days to keep it fresh and working at top notch.

Will any of these polishes be coming home with you on your next shopping trip?
