The Swim Kitchen Digital Cookbook #ChickenSplash

With winter in full swing, it gets harder and harder to be motivated to eat right and to get outside and exercise. One great way we promote winter exercise in our cold climate is with winter swimming lessons. For years we have registered our kids at the local aquatic center in the dead of winter. Why? Because it helps keep them active, they are learning a life skill and the class sizes are smaller. All win-win reasons! Swimming also allows your child to feel comfortable in the water and join other kids in other great water activities.

Another great way to keep on top of living healthy, is by eating healthier. Canadian chicken is an excellent source of lean protein. I don’t know about you but I am always looking for new recipes to try with my family. Eating the same meals week after week can get quite boring. This December, Chicken Famers of Canada and Swimming Canada are releasing a digital cookbook. The Swim Kitchen Digital Cookbook will be filled with delicious recipes involving chicken!
