4 Tips To Make Busy Nights More Efficient

Life is busy. I’m not going to lie. I’m also not going to say that I dislike it. The things that make my life busy are spending time with my family and enjoying life with them as much as possible. With the kids’ fall activities starting up again, we know that there will be evenings when we will be running from one activity to the next. While life is fun and busy, it can still be efficient. If you know me, you know that I am always on the look out for ways to make everything around me more efficient. Why do something in 9 steps when you can complete the same task in 6?

Here are 4 tips to make busy nights more efficient:

#1) Talk through your day/evening/week with your family. Keeping everyone in the loop can make things run smoother since everyone knows where they are expected to be and when.

#2) Write that list! I am an avid list keeper. At any given time there is at least 2 running lists in my home. To-do lists, grocery lists and honey-do lists are often my top 3. If you prioritize your lists, that’s even better! Writing them down in order of importance will help you keep your head when things start to pile up.
