My kids are getting to the age where we can now sit down as a family of 4 and play a game other than Go Fish or Candyland. Since our kids aren’t quite old enough to hold their own during high-strategy games, we find that cooperative board games are the best option.
Cauldron Quest from Peaceable Kingdom is a great cooperative board game where you as a foursome work against a common obstacle, not against each other.
