I love making a hand or footprint ornament with my kids each year. This year we did a paint hand print on paper and then put it inside a clear (plastic!) ornament. I used glass ones the past few years and I'm always afraid they will break!

We did salt dough Santa handprint ornaments a couple years ago with the kids. I saw in on Pinterest & they actually turned out so awesome, they're on my tree right now! My kids are a bit bigger so the handprints are large making the ornaments heavier but I still love them!
