I love arts and crafts. I have to be very careful when introducing art projects to the kids that I don’t take over. I am a perfectionist, and I know that I do not want to pass those high expectations onto my girls.
That is why I often “schedule” open ended art.
A friend of ours gave us “Moon Sand”. We had never used Moon Sand before, but we sure had a great time playing in it!
We squished it around with our hands and feet, and even played X and O’s.
We used different forms to make shapes and then had fun breaking it all apart.
We had so much fun playing! What a great Work of Art Wednesday.
