Crispy Sweet Potato snack!

Here is a recipe I made up myself.
I like sweet potato fries but wanted to try to change it up a bit. Here is what I did.

First I peeled a sweet potato.
Next I used the peeler to make peel strips of the entire sweet potato.
I put it into a ziplock bag with a drizzle of grapeseed oil (just enough to coat them).
Then I sprinkled in cinnamon and sea salt.
I put them onto a baking sheet.
Then baked them at 400 for about 30 minutes (flipping once half way through).
They were SO YUMMY, I made them 2 days in a row. Now time to go buy more sweet potatoes!

This is a great idea! I would make mine spicy instead of sweet with some chilis but I love the idea!

I just found your blog today and have already entered some amazing giveaways and found some of the best recipes and ideas I have ever come across on a blog. Thank you so much for yet another fantastic way to make a food my family would normally turn their noses up at. I am going to the store tomorrow to get some sweet potatoes to try this and your sweet potato fries recipe as well. Thank you, thank you!

That does sound fabulous. I love all things sweet potato - fries, baked, etc... I most definitely have to try this.
