An Announcement

As many of you know we recently accepted applications for writers to join the Mommy Moment Team. 

Let me start off by saying a huge Thank-you to everyone who applied!

Mommy Moment continues to grow and we are thrilled to tell you that we had an incredible response.  
We accepted applications for a 24 hour period and got a total of 54 applications. Wow!


The hardest part is always having to make a choice. There were so many quality applications which made the decision making a tough one.  In the end we decided to add 2 new people to the Mommy Moment Team. 

Jessie will be contributing a Montessori/Homeschooling post every Monday. 

Jessie is a mother of three beautiful daughters (twin tots & a preschooler), an AMS trained Montessori teacher of 40 students, and a wife to one. Jessie has a background in dance, a yoga certification, and a Masters in Early Childhood Education. Jessie has a childhood education blog at http://educationofours.blogspot.com/.


Katie will be contributing a parenting/family life post every Thursday. 

Katie is a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist/Parenting Consultant in Los Angeles, CA.  She has a four year old daughter, two year old son, and a rock and roll husband who makes her life complete.
