Life Choices Natural Foods is a natural health foods company based in Toronto with a mission of: Making the Right Choices Easy. All of their products are not only natural, but best of all they’re kid-friendly! Life Choices Natural Foods provides Canadian families with healthy versions of the foods they want to eat, such as Pizzas, Mac & Cheese, Meatballs, Chicken Fingers and even Pierogies. They even have vegetarian, vegan and glucose-free options as well.

No matter how hard I try to provide home-cooked healthy meals every day, sometimes I just NEED quick and easy. I’m thrilled that Life Choices Natural Foods makes me feel great about feeding my girls those types of foods in a much healthier way!

My personal favorite is the Organics Chicken & Spinach Pizza ~an Organic whole wheat thin crust, topped with Organic partly skimmed mozzarella cheese, Organic chicken and Organic spinach! Mmm!!! Teamed with a fresh salad this was a quick, easy and absolutely delicious family dinner!

Kids Moment:

Our girls LOVE chicken nuggets, so I couldn’t wait to see what they thought of the Chicken Nuggets.

These chicken nuggets are made with premium quality chicken; vegetable grain-fed, raised without animal by-products and raised without antibiotics. They are made with a custom-made *Multigrain Coating; with flax, whole grains and oats, provide sources of Omega-3 and fibre.

The girls devoured them! When I asked them if they liked them, my oldest, 5, said “of course Mom, you know we love chicken nuggets”…I figure if they love them the same as any other ones they definitely get the kids thumbs up!! (They had the same thoughts of the chicken strips!) I love when healthy options actually taste good to my kids!
