Momstown Winnipeg ~ Membership #Giveaway

PRODUCT MOMENT:

Chances are that when you were growing up your mom knew all of your neighbours. Your street was full of kids you knew and your mom invited the neighbourhood kids over to run through the sprinkler while the moms had coffee and chatted. Although that sort of social convention has somewhat changed, what hasn’t changed is the need to connect with other local moms.

Momstown Winnipeg is our local division of Momstown.ca. Momstown Winnipeg has now been in operation for about 2 months. It is run by Ester Raftis and she does a great job of making Momstown Winnipeg feel like that neighbourhood you grew up in.

The goal of momstown.ca is to provide moms with consistent activities and daily encouragement. Momstown uses the internet to connect but their goal is to get moms off the computer and out of the house!

With your Momstown Winnipeg membership, you get access to a calendar full of great events all planned out and organized for you! Some of the great events that they put together are: play-dates at splash pads or parks, field trips to the Zoo or other great locations and stroller walk meet-ups. All you need to do is show up and start socializing with other moms!

MOMMY MOMENT:

We received a one year membership to Momstown Winnipeg to review. Just in time for the wonderful Launch Party/Momstown Birthday Bash!

This party was held at the Children’s Museum in Winnipeg and what a fun time it was.

Momstown Winnipeg did a great job of providing all sorts of fun activities for the kids & adults to enjoy.

 

 

Having a Momstown Winnipeg membership is a great way to get out and connect with other moms that are in the same stage in life as you. A membership would also make a GREAT gift for that new mom in your life!!

Momstown Winnipeg is run by Ester Raftis. Ester is a work-at-home-mom with a toddler and a newborn. She works tirelessly to bring great events to other work-at-home and stay-at-home-moms.

Momstown.ca was founded in August 2007 by 3 moms (Christi, Ann-Marie & Shannon) from Burlington, Ontario.
