In everyone’s life there is a woman who has been there since the beginning. A woman who stood by you no matter what and still loved you unconditionally. If that woman was your mom or if you know of another super-mom, Walmart wants to hear about her.
Walmart wants to hear about the super-mom’s out there who are making a difference in the lives of their own children’s and/or the lives of children in their community. A mom who places her own needs aside so her children can bloom the way children should be. A mom who takes time for children and listens to what they have to say and validate their feelings. A mom who will go that extra mile to ensure her children get the absolute best.
If you know of a mom who fits these criteria there are 2 things you have to do.
First, thank them for being the mom they are…they need to hear that.
Second, go to http://www.momoftheyear.ca/ and nominate her. Fill out the appropriate information and let Walmart know about this mom. You have an option of filling out a text box about the mom you nominate or make a short video about her. Either way, share about your hidden gem of a mom and what makes her the best mom and mom of the year material.
Taking the time to tell a special mom how much you appreciate the mom she is will mean the world to her. Nominating her and giving her the opportunity to be selected as Walmart Canada’s very first mom of the year would be dream come true. Not only would she get a $10,000 prize for herself, she will also get to give $100,000 to a charity of her choice!
So get out your imaginations and share with the rest of the world who YOU think is worthy to be the Walmart Canada “Mom Of The Year”.
