Salted Caramel & Cashew Cookies

This is such exciting news! I’m thrilled to be one of the Sobeys Better Food Lovers Bloggers.

I couldn’t have come on board at a better time.

Our first post was a Cookie Exchange!

I don’t know about you, but I think Cookie Exchanges are one of the greatest ideas ever. I love that my little girls are at the perfect age to bake with me and they love the idea of baking for others!

Each of the Better Food Lovers Bloggers were put into pairs to take part in a cookie exchange together. I loved that we lived close enough to our cookie exchange partner that we could do the exchange in person!

Cookie Exchange

My little girls and I made some yummy Salted Caramel and Cashew Cookies to send to Kathryne from Food Musings. You can see the delicious recipe and the letter I wrote to Kathryne on the Better Food Lovers Blog!

I've become a bit obsessed with Salted Caramel lately, and these cookies look delicious. Have added the recipe to my "Must try" list.
