Candy Coloured Nail Art

Nicole by OPI has created a beautiful set of four called Roughles available for a limited time this March. These colours are like mini candies on your nails! The four springy shades range from a vibrant yellow to a more calm pink along with a stunning turquoise and a light purple.

Included in the Roughles set are:

I’m Stucco on You I – terra-”cotta” have this textured purple on my nails!

Rock the Look – The edgy side of girlie…a textured pink all your own.

On What Grounds? – Stop in the name of this textured turquoise beauty!

Sand in My Shoe I – “beacha” just love this grainy golden yellow in me.

OPI Roughles

These colours dry to a matte look and, like the liquid sands, don’t require a top coat. I really enjoyed trying these colours out on my nails and got a ton of complements. I think OPI is right with saying “textured, matte nails are going to be one of the hottest looks this spring”.

I like how these polishes don’t weigh down on your nails when they dry. Some polishes feel like they are pulling your fingers to the ground they are so heavy but these are perfect for spring because they are light on your nails while still having that textured finish. I also love the name of this set, Roughles, (pronounced ruffles) how cool is that?

Nail Art

These polishes stay on your nails remarkable well and don’t wear off too quickly which is nice if you are a busy person like me and don’t have time to redo your finger tips every evening.

I am going to be wearing these sweet new colours on my nails this spring, are you?

I am not a huge fan of most rough polishes (with the exception of Zoya's Pixie Dusts) but these look cute
