No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars with Marshmallows

These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars with marshmallows are so delicious and easy to make…. Peanut butter and chocolate make the very best combination!!!

Delight your taste buds with these amazing 4-ingredient bars with this no-bake recipe you can whip up easily for a festive platter in just a few minutes. I am all for making things easier, especially during this very busy time of year! 

To make these yummy bars you only need 4 ingredients. (and I should mention that this recipe is gluten-free too!!!)

Ingredients:

• 2 cups peanut butter
• 2 cups chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 – 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows

Optional: Garnish these chocolaty delights with crushed candy cane to add a festive touch!

Place first 3 ingredients in a saucepan and melt over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is completely free of lumps.

Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows.

Pour into a 9 x 13″ dish lined with parchment paper.

Chill in fridge until firm.

Variations may include the addition of:

• coconut
• nuts
• crushed candy canes
• crispy rice cereal
