Teddy bears are a traditional gift idea that everyone loves

Flash, the 2016 Starlight Bear, is more than a teddy bear.  Flash was designed by Noah, a courageous 7 year old boy living with Pompe disease.  Noah was diagnosed with Pompe Disease, when he was only 2 years old. In Noah’s case, this has shown itself as an enlarged heart.

Flash was inspired by Noah’s love for the colour orange, while the rainbow bowtie reflects his happy disposition even through his serious illness.

Proceeds from the 2016 Starlight Bear – Flash, exclusively sold at Toys R Us, goes to Starlight Children’s Foundation Canada to help sick kids like Noah.
