I am sure we can all think back to a time in our childhood when we played with food. For those of us who are kids at heart, we actually don’t have to look back too far.
PLAY WITH ME
Some foods just scream “play with me”. When my daughters saw the boxes of Whippet Sticks, they right away noticed the words on the side of the box that read, “How do you eat your Whippet?” There were suggestions to bend it, twist it and even crush it.
BUILD A TOWER
For my girls, the shape and the size of the Whippet Sticks had them wanting to build a tower. It soon became a game of who could stack their Whippet Sticks higher. They tried to see which would stack higher – the brownie or coconut Whippet Sticks – and I could hear the laughs as the Whippet Sticks fell tumbling on the table. Kids are so creative. They even got my husband and me to try building a tower.
GENERATIONS OF FUN
The Whippet Original cookies have been around since 1927. Many of us have memories of the iconic strawberry and marshmallow filled cookie and I can’t help but think that decades from now our children may be sharing stories of building towers with the delicious brownie and coconut flavors of the Whippet Sticks.
