CREAMY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI STUFFING BAKE
PRINTABLE RECIPE AT BOTTOM OF POST
Let me first tell you how I bake my chicken so it is extra juicy. There is nothing worse that dried out chicken no matter how it is served. I like to bake my chicken breasts high and fast.
First, I put my thawed chicken breasts in a pan and brush with oil. Next, I place the pan of chicken uncovered in the oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
After that I flip the chicken, brush again with oil, and this time I cover it and place it back in the oven for an additional 9 minutes.
Plump, juicy, perfect.
